Polish and LOVE it! My skin is so soft - for over a day after use, without requiring any follow-up moisturizing after my scrub. I actually use it on all my troubled spots - elbows and feet. The feet put up a little fight - but it was well worth me working at it! Being allergic to a lot of chemical additives, this is the only scrub that doesn't cause any kind of irritation for me - I'm thankful to find one that doesn't! And it does seem a little rough, but I find it a "massaging" benefit - it's never cause irritation due to the sugar. Thank you for the comparison!
